RENTAL DETAILS
Full Day Rentals: Pick up is available from 9:30am, return by 7:00pm.
Half Day Rentals: Pick up is available from 2:00pm, return by 7:00pm.
Any returns after 7:00pm will incur a $15 + tax late fee.
Damage Waiver
Damage waivers are available for DH, Enduro, Electric (Enduro/Valley) bikes at $25 and Valley bikes at $5. The damage waiver covers accidental damage to the bike that may occur while riding. It does not cover negligence or theft. Those who decline the damage waiver agree to pay the full value of any replacement parts and all required labour (based on a $90/hour rate). The damage waiver is highly recommended as these costs typically exceed $25 (i.e. a single spoke replacement costs $30).
Cancellation Policy
- Reservation changes/cancellations with more than 48 hours notice will be honoured, please call Elevation for assistance, 250.578.5555.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of your reservation.
- No refunds for missed reservations.

Be sure to bring a parent or guardian to sign a rental waiver on your behalf.
