Australian Winemaker Darryl Brooker from Cedar Creek Estate Winery pairs up with Canadian Executive Chef Steve Buzak, to match food and wine in a four-course Australian inspired dinner. This relaxed event will have guests sharing stories with Darryl and Steve and give you the opportunity to learn about some truly amazing Okanagan wines.
