This two hour lesson will set you up with everything you need to know to feel comfortable on a bike. You will learn basic body positioning and stance, braking as well as bike control while exploring the Valley Trail network.

Bike Park - Discover Progression Park

Downhill Biking

This four hour private lesson will set you up with everything you need to know to feel comfortable on a mountain bike. You'll learn the core skills you need to get out on the mountain.

Continue your progression with this four hour private clinic exploring lift-access green trails.

Bike Park - Explore Blue Park

Downhill Biking

This four hour private clinic allows you to customize your progression. Choose between blue tech trails where you'll learn skills to maneuver through singletrack, roots and rocks or blue flow trails where you'll learn how to master berms and small jumps.

Bike Park - Slay Black Park

This four hour private clinic allows you to customize your progression. Choose between black tech trails where you'll learn to master maneuvering through singletrack, roots and rocks at higher speeds or black flow trails where you'll master berms, wood features and medium to large jumps.

This weekly locals program will set you up with everything you need to progress your riding to the next level. Available for kids (6-12) from beginners to advanced.

Women's Bike Nights are designed to bring like-minded women together for a fun and progressive evening of riding in the Bike Park. Ages 16 +.

Hit the trails and brush up on your technique with Men's Bike Nights. Our professional coaches will give you what you need to take your riding to the next level. Ages 16 +.

Women's Bike Camp

Join Cheryl Beattie for a day on the trails focused on good times and refining your riding. Cheryl wants to make you a stronger rider and will accomplish this by kicking your old habits to the curb while replacing them with a solid foundation of new skills to elevate your trail riding experience to a new level.

Cross Country - Guided McGillivray Lake Tour

Cross Country Biking

Enjoy a guided ride out to the peaceful McGillivray Lake. Expect a low-grade, steady climb out to the lake, and a quick descent on your return.

Cross Country - Guided Altitude Tour

Cross Country Biking

Enjoy a guided three hour tour on the challenging yet rewarding Altitude trail. With technical rock and root sections, as well as short, sharp climbs, but the rewards of flowy turns through wildflower meadow are well worth it.
