Appeal Catering will come to your accommodations and prepare an intimate dinner for two, a meal for the family, an unforgettable dinner party for you and your friends, appetizer parties for après ski, or weddings. Appeal Catering can easily serve groups of ten to forty people. Appeal Catering handles everything from the shopping right through to the eating, so you can get the most out of your vacation. 

As well as catering and party planning, Appeal Catering has a meal planning service. You work together and pick the menu, and they will take care of the rest. Appeal’s chefs will take care of the shopping and prepare the meals.

With over 19 years in the hospitality industry Appeal Catering has the experience to bring quality food, service, and planning to you. 

Bear Country Lodging is an accommodation provider of condominiums, town homes, and chalets throughout Sun Peaks Resort. Extensive slopeside and village accommodations are available from one to six bedrooms featuring numerous amenities including kitchens, fireplaces, in unit laundry, and private hot tubs.

Monday to Thursday Schedule Information
The Monday to Thursday shuttle service from Parking Lot 5 to the Village Day Lodge is offered every week during the winter season.

The Monday to Thursday shuttle will depart the marked bus stop at Parking Lot 5 located by Woodhaven first at 8:00am, and then second at 8:15am. Both shuttle times will take guests to the Village Day Lodge located at the base of the Sunburst Express and the Sundance Express.

Friday to Sunday Schedule Information
The Friday to Sunday shuttle service is offered every week during the winter season, and services the entire resort. Extended daily service is also offered during the holiday periods December 22, 2007, to January 8, 2008, February 16 to 25, 2008, and March 9 to 18, 2008.

The shuttle starts at 8:25am when it leaves Parking Lot 5 in the East Village. The bus then proceeds to the Village Day Lodge to drop off before leaving on the west route via Fairways Drive and Burfield Drive then returning to the Village Day Lodge via Sun Peaks Road. Each route takes about approximately 30 minutes. The service will run from 8:25am till 11:35am, and then again from 12:55pm to 4:30pm.

The shuttle has marked designated stops. Bus stops are marked at Woodhaven/P5, Stones Throw, Timberline, Village Day Lodge, Fairways at Eagle Court, Fairways at Mountain View, Burfield Drive, Sun Peaks Road, The Villas, Alpine Greens, and finally The Peaks. To view the village map click here.

Reservations must be made by 4:30pm the day prior to traveling by calling the Shuttle Hotline at (250) 314-4256. Payment will be accepted with either Visa or MasterCard, and all transactions are non-refundable.
 
Ski and Board Shuttle Schedule
Departure from Kamloops
7:40am Depart North Hills Shopping Center. Shuttle passengers parking a vehicle must park in the outside perimeter by McDonalds and Shoppers Drug Mart.
7:55am Thomson Rivers University at the Old Bus Loop by the Campus Activity Centre. Pay parking at the university is in effect till 5:00pm Monday to Friday, but not on weekends or when the university is officially closed.
8:05am Aberdeen Tim Hortons on Rogers Way. Parking is available at Tim Hortons and the Best Western at the west end of the parking lot.
8:25am Heffley Creek Store
9:05am Arrive at the Sun Peaks Resort Village Day Lodge.
Departure from Sun Peaks
5:15 pm Depart Village Day Lodge.
5:35 pm Heffley Creek Store.
5:55 pm North Hills Shopping Center.
6:10 pm Thompson Rivers University.   
6:20 pm Aberdeen Tim Hortons on Rogers Way.
