Warm Weather Recommendations
With warmer temperatures upon us for the next few days, be safe out there and consider these tips. Drink plenty of water regularly; you can refill your water bottles downstairs in the Village Day Lodge. Wear a hat, light-coloured clothing, and sunscreen. Schedule regular breaks indoors or in shaded areas. Take advantage of our extended hours by riding or hiking during the cooler parts of the day, before 11:00am and after 3:00pm. Keep an eye on your family and friends and be aware of the signs of heat related illness.
