Lift tickets can be purchased at the following locations.
All ticket offices open at 8:00am, with the exception of the Burfield Chairlift ticket office, which opens at 8:30am.

- Base of the Burfield Quad
- Base of the Mt. Morrisey Express Chairlift
- Elevation Mountain Outfitters located in the Delta Residences Sun Peaks
- Guest Services located in the Village Day Lodge
- Rental & Repair Centre located in the Village Day Lodge
- Ticket Wickets located in the Village Day Lodge

2009–10 Sun Peaks Resort Reciprocal Program
Sun Peaks Resort partners with resorts throughout Canada and the United States to offer pass holders and resort staff discounted rates on full day lift tickets. All staff visiting Sun Peaks Resort require a letter stating proof of employment, and must present their valid staff pass when purchasing their reciprocal rate lift tickets.
