This two hour lesson will set you up with everything you need to know to feel comfortable on a bike. You will learn basic body positioning and stance, braking as well as bike control while exploring the Valley Trail network.

Bike Park - Discover Progression Park

Downhill Biking

This four hour private lesson will set you up with everything you need to know to feel comfortable on a mountain bike. You'll learn the core skills you need to get out on the mountain.

Continue your progression with this four hour private clinic exploring lift-access green trails.

Blue Park Private Clinics

This four hour private clinic allows you to customize your progression. From blue tech trails where you'll learn skills to maneuver through singletrack, roots and rocks, to blue flow trails where you'll learn how to master berms and small jumps.

This four hour private clinic allows you to customize your progression. From black tech trails where you'll learn to master maneuvering through singletrack, roots and rocks at higher speeds, to black flow trails where you'll master berms, wood features and medium to large jumps.

Whether you're new to the Bike Park or have been shredding trails for years. This is a great way to advance your riding on your own schedule.

This weekly locals program will set you up with everything you need to progress your riding to the next level. Available for kids (6-12) from beginners to advanced.

Women's Bike Nights are designed to bring like-minded women together for a fun and progressive evening of riding in the Bike Park. Ages 16 +.

Hit the trails and brush up on your technique with Men's Bike Nights. Our professional coaches will give you what you need to take your riding to the next level. Ages 16 +.

Refine your riding and build a new base of confidence. You'll be hitting the trails with jump and/or tech-enhancing instruction, where skill development is well balanced with positive encouragement with a few laughs along the way.

Join Cheryl Beattie for two days on the trails focused on good times and refining your riding. Cheryl wants to make you a stronger rider and will accomplish this by kicking your old habits to the curb while replacing them with a solid foundation of new skills to elevate your trail riding experience to a new level.

Bike Park - Connect Four

Open to adults aged 50 and older, the program accommodates all levels, from novices to advanced riders, and is taught by experienced mature riders.

Cross Country - Guided McGillivray Lake Tour

Cross Country Biking

Enjoy a guided ride out to the peaceful McGillivray Lake. Expect a low-grade, steady climb out to the lake, and a quick descent on your return.

Cross Country - Guided Altitude Tour

Cross Country Biking

Enjoy a guided three hour tour on the challenging yet rewarding Altitude trail. With technical rock and root sections, as well as short, sharp climbs, but the rewards of flowy turns through wildflower meadow are well worth it.
