RENTAL DETAILS
Full Day Rentals: Pick up is available from 9:30am, and bikes must be returned by 7:00pm.
Half Day Rentals: Pick up is available from 2:00pm, and bikes must be returned by 7:00pm.
Returns after 7:00pm will incur a $15 late fee plus tax.
Damage Waiver
The damage waiver covers accidental damage to the bike that may occur while riding. It does not cover negligence or theft. Guests who decline the damage waiver agree to pay the full value of any replacement parts and all required labour, based on a $90-per-hour rate. The damage waiver is highly recommended, as repair costs typically exceed $25 (for example, a single spoke replacement costs $30).
Cancellation Policy
Reservation changes or cancellations with more than 48 hours' notice will be honoured. Please call Elevation at 250.578.5555 for assistance. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of your reservation or for missed reservations.

Be sure to bring a parent or guardian to sign a rental waiver on your behalf.
