Wacky Wonder Race

the most outrageous race of the season! 

Join us during Wonder Weekend for the Wacky Wonder Race, bringing crazy costumes, team antics, and high-speed hilarity to the Powder Ventures Cross Course. Think you and your crew have what it takes? Then suit up, get wacky, and let’s race! 

What’s the Wacky Wonder Cross Course Race? 

It’s part team relay, part boarder/skier cross, and 100% chaos! Each team of 2–4 racers will take on the cross track—dodging bumps, jumps, and maybe even each other—all while decked out in the wackiest costumes imaginable. Speed counts, but style might just steal the show! 

DETAILS

Date: Saturday, April 12, 2025
Location: Powder Ventures Cross Course
Check in: 9:00am at The Base
Team specifications: Teams of 2-4 people in costume (pick from a pre-selected theme, or pick your own)
Race: 10:00am to 12:00pm
Prizes: Immediately following race
Cost: $20 donation per team to support Kamloops Food Bank

The Wacky Wonder Race will also be accompanied by an awesome lineup of DJs from Kelowna at The Base to keep the energy high!

RULES AND REGULATIONS

Helmets are mandatory. 
Participants under the age of 19 must have a parent or guardian complete a release of liability upon their behalf at the time of registration. 
No exceptions will be made. 

*We reserve the right to remove participants from the event should they fail to meet conditions. 

Pre-Registration REQUIRED

Only one form is needed per team. 
Registration will close on April 10, at 10:00pm.
