As temperatures begin to drop, things are heating up in Sun Peaks. From unique events to adrenaline-filled days on the mountain, September is the time to take a trip to the mountains.
Perfect your skills in the newly expanded Bike Park and discover all the mountain has to offer. With 31km of new trails, a second chairlift, trails on all three mountains, there's so much to explore.
September is the perfect time to discover new activities and create lasting memories. Try your hand at an axe-citing session at Cleavage Axe Co, reconnect with nature, try canoeing at McGillivray lake, and explore Sun Peaks valley from horseback with Sun Peaks stables.
Summer fun isn't over just yet. We have plenty of events to fill your calendar. Don't miss performances by Shred Kelly, Trial Stars and SuperDogs, celebrate fall at the Fall Festival, and don't forget about Market Day every Sunday.
Stroll through the European-style pedestrian village, cozy up with a cup of coffee at one of the cafes or explore the local shops before grabbing a bite to eat at one of the many village restaurants. Keep an ear out for live music performances at the Upper Stage, or try your hand at a round of mini-golf, before getting in the competitive spirit at the games area.
Spend more time exploring the alpine, with two lifts turning daily until September 25th. Access over 83km of bike trails, 16 hiking trails, a dirt jump park and Progression Park. The fall scenery will ensure a breathtaking adventure.
