All abilities are welcome in Sun Peaks with a variety of camps and daily lessons to choose from. Level up your skills and choose from either a private or group lesson. Or, sign yourself up for the weekend long Glenn Bond Nordic Camp on December 11 and 12 or January 8 and 9 for two full days of technique and hands-on instruction.
No Nordic gear? No problem! Sun Peaks has a fully equipped Nordic centre with all the essentials to get you started. Open daily from 8:00am – 4:30pm, the Nordic centre is your one stop shop for rentals and lift tickets. Save time and book your rentals in advance here.
With a sprawling network consisting of 34km of groomed and track set trails, there is no shortage of options for all levels of Nordic skiers. Meander up a green trail, or take in the stunning mountain views on a more challenging black trail. Trails are groomed daily to guarantee pristine conditions.
Located at the end of the green McGillivray Lake trail, the McGillivray Lake outpost is a wood stove heated warming hut that is the perfect spot to take a break. Open daily from 9am – 3:30pm, be sure to add a stop here onto your Nordic outing.
