Sun Peaks village appears to be a European transplant. The well-planned community means that not only is your event in a beautiful setting, surrounded by 360 degrees of mountains, but accommodation is conveniently located within walking distance. Your event attendees will be pleased to park their cars for the duration of their stay and walk to every event location. In the evenings, they can meander through the village walkway to the local shops and restaurants with ease.
Along with its architecture, the welcoming atmosphere of the Sun Peaks community should also be noted. Locals are disarmingly friendly, unwaveringly inclusive and instinctively open-hearted. MEETING & CONFERENCE VENUES
Sun Peaks offers a selection of meeting and conference venues all within walking distance from the hotels, restaurants and shops, accommodating groups as large as 600 people.
Sun Peaks Centre
This facility opened in August, 2020 and is conveniently located at the top of the Sun Peaks village. The flexible meeting spaces can accommodate groups of up to 240 people, while the covered outdoor arena hosts events for over 1,700 guests from May to October. Venue details
Sun Peaks Grand Conference Centre
A first class, multi-purpose venue with 11,000 square feet of meeting space that can accommodate 10 to 600 people. Featuring three built-in executive board rooms, two meeting rooms with natural light, and a ballroom divisible by four. Venue details
The Hearthstone Lodge
