With 84 kilometres of lift-access bike park trails, plus a lot more outside the park, this might just be the biggest secret in mountain biking.
Since 1999, we’ve been building trails on Tod Mountain—starting by hand and inspired by the freeride scene in nearby Kamloops. What began as steep, raw singletrack has grown into a diverse bike park experience, with something for every level of rider.
We still celebrate the rowdy, with iconic tech lines like Insanity One, Gnar-Boom and Smitty’s Steeps. But we’ve also evolved. Today’s park is built for progression, with trails and features for every rider, from first timers to pros.
In 2022, we added a second mountain of riding: Sundance. Home to instant classics like Stella Blue and Super Nugget, Sundance delivers plenty of airtime, while its gentler slopes let us expand our offerings for newer riders. With flowing machine-built trails and beginner-friendly gradients, Sundance has become a go-to zone for laid-back laps and new riders alike.
Newcomers to mountain biking can ease in at the Progression Park, where a carpet lift makes those first runs simple. Once you're ready, hop on the Sundance Express chairlift and explore mellow favourites like Easy Wind and Morning Dew.
The Sun Peaks Recreational Trail Association (SPRTA) has built a network of free, pedal-access enduro-style trails on Mt. Morrisey. Cedar Twist offers a forested climb to stunning views and flowy descents for intermediate to advanced riders.
