Experienced resort developer and owner, Sun Peaks Resort LLP has maintained a steadfast commitment and vision to our overall master plan of being the second largest four season destination resort in British Columbia. With the first phase of a four phase master development plan completed in 2003, and the second phase having begun in 2006, Sun Peaks Resort is positioned as an industry leader within the North American destination resort community.
Formerly known as Tod Mountain, Sun Peaks was purchased in 1992, and has since grown to 4,270 skiable acres of skiable terrain and is now the second largest ski area in Canada. Outdoor enthusiasts from around the world have come to Sun Peaks to enjoy our world famous hospitality. Sun Peaks Resort LLP is a wholly owned Canadian subsidiary of Nippon Cable Co. of Japan. Nippon Cable also owns and operates several ski areas in Japan, and is the largest manufacturer of ski lifts in Asia. Harvest Golf Club in Kelowna, B.C. was first developed by Nippon Cable in the early 1990s, and today is a premier golf destination in the Okanagan.
