Don't miss this unique Tour of the Universe with the Royal Astronomical Society of Canada, Okanagan Centre.
Starting from Earth, you'll travel through the Universe stopping to take a closer look at some celestial objects. We'll look at dying stars and supernova remnants, gas clouds and galaxies and discover how we know about what's out there.
We end our travels with finding out just how much we know about our Universe.
After the presentation we'll step outside to the telescopes, where Saturn and its rings and Mars are well placed for viewing. You'll also see star clusters, dying stars, a supernova remnant and galaxies.
Constellation tours will also be given with astronomical lasers.
This event is free to attend and open to all ages.
