PROJECT UPDATE: A new ski trail has been announced for Switchback Creek (SBC) and Alder Estates access! This new ski-in access trail will open for the winter 2025-26 ski season, providing easy and convenient access from the top of Orient Express chairlift into the new East Village real estate developments. This new green trail will be constructed in summer 2025, including a significant skier bridge for access over the Switchback creek waterway. Please see map provided below for trail location and details.
A ski-out trail is currently under construction and will be ready for this ski season. Temporary ski-in access will be available this season via the West side of the Switchback Creek development, please see map.
The first 14 units (in Phase 1) of the SBC development will be completed and occupied for the start of this winter season and additional units will be completed over the winter. A total of 44 units will be available and completed by the spring of 2026. Alder Estate lots are currently for sale.
