Romp & Stomp - ASSP Snowshoe Fundraiser

Join us Sunday February 16, 2025 for our 2nd Annual Romp & Stomp for Adaptive Sports at Sun Peaks (ASSP), snowshoe fundraiser! Participants can look forward to joining the festive, family-friendly fun on the groomed 3km loop on Sun Peaks snowshoe trails. The stomp will feature great giveaways, participant testimonials, prizes for top individual fundraisers, and best costumes!

REGISTRATION: 2-STEP PROCESS

STEP 1:
To register for this event participants are required to hold a Canadian Adaptive Snowsports (CADS) membership for this CADS-sanctioned event. 
Please register your participation through the CADS Registration Portal. If you already have a CADS membership, participation is FREE. Participants without a CADS membership can register through the portal at no cost via a one-day pass bursary. 

STEP 2:
Once registered through the CADS portal, you can register for the event through Canada Helps. Visit the Romp & Stomp Event Registration & Fundraising Page and set up your fundraising page to share with family, friends, and supporters.

Time: 9:00am to 1:00pm
Location: Sun Peaks Resort, P5 Nordic/Snowshoe Area/Umbrella Cafe

9:00am: Sign-in, bib pick-up, and check-in at the domed tent adjacent to the Umbrella Café at P5 (view village map here).
9:45am: Welcome and warm-up
10:00am: Snowshoe walk begins (3km loop)
12:00pm: The walk ends
12:30pm: Awards, prizes, and refreshments at the finish line

Snowshoe Rentals: Snowshoes are required for participation. If you don't have snowshoes you can rent them at the Activities Sales Desk located in the Village Day Lodge. For more details click here.
