Pups and Poses
Let's invite our furry friends into our practice, just for today! Dogs tend to read our energy and support us through our daily life even when they don't know what's going on! This fun and joyful practice will be time to give some of that unconditional love back to our dogs through a playful puppy inspired yoga practice!

Bring your dog, puppy or just join in the puppy fun!

Please ensure that your dog is comfortable around other dogs on and off leash and that they have been well walked prior to the class. This will be delightfully chaotic with dogs playfully running around and possibly jumping up or giving kisses while you hold a pose.
