Join Craig, a certified coach and passionate advocate for healthy living in Sun Peaks, for our Intro To Trail Running, with SWAG provided by Helly Hansen to help you on your way to trail-running greatness!

Craig will lead an introductory trail running class, covering topics such as; essential training principles, equipment, route planning, situational awareness, post-run routines, recovery techniques, stretching exercises, and injury prevention. With some nutritional advice courtesy of Vertical Cafe!

The session will conclude with some HH goodies, and a chance to enter a draw to win a trail running kit worth up to $500.

Meet: 10:20am, outside Sunburst Bar + Eatery (at the top of the Sunburst Express chairlift)
Session: 10:30am to 12:00pm
Price: $10 cash donation to Kamloops Food Bank Society
