Sun Peaks Rentals is conveniently located at the base of the Sunburst and Sundance Express lifts in the Village Day Lodge, where you can arrange your rentals and pick up your pre-purchased lift tickets to get out there faster and easier.
Alpine Ski and Board Rentals
Our standard rentals are ideal for beginners and low intermediate skiers or snowboarders, high performance rentals are designed for intermediate to experienced skiers or snowboarders.
Book online at least two days in advance* and save 10%. Plus, enjoy an extra 15% off when you book three or more days, for a total savings of 25%! Helmet rental not included in multi-day 15% discount. *By midnight.

Damage Waiver
The damage waiver is $5.00 and covers accidental damage to the equipment that may occur while skiing or riding. It does not cover negligence, theft or loss of equipment. Those who decline the damage waiver agree to pay the full value of any replacement parts and all required labour (based on $75/hour rate). The damage waiver is highly recommended as these costs typically exceed the cost of the damage waiver. Ski locks are recommended and can be purchased from several of our retail outlets.
Cancellation Policy
- Reservation changes/cancellations with more than 48 hours notice will be honoured, please call Sun Peaks Rentals for assistance, 250.578.5430.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of your reservation.
- No refunds for missed reservations.

Be sure to bring a parent or guardian to sign a rental waiver on your behalf.
